Physical Books:

All signed books are final sale. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@thestoryweshare.com with your order number and photos of the damage, and we’ll make it right.

We do not accept returns for a change of mind. We do not offer exchanges.

Ebooks & Digital Products:

Due to the nature of digital products, all ebook sales are final and non-refundable once downloaded.

Bundles & Special Editions:

Items purchased as part of a bundle follow the same guidelines above for physical or digital products.
